Favoriete Open workouts vanaf 2011

Nog één dag voor de start van The CrossFit Open. In 2011 werd de eerste wereldwijde CrossFit Open georganiseerd. Sindsdien zijn er al 41 Open workouts geweest. Dit zijn van ieder jaar onze favoriete Open workouts.

2011

11.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (70 kg /45 kg)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24″)

2012

12.2
As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 reps snatch (34 / 20 kg)
30 reps snatch (61 / 34 kg)
30 reps snatch (75 / 45 kg)
95 kg /  54 kg snatch, as many reps as possible

2013

13.4
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:
3 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
3 Toes-to-bar
6 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
6 Toes-to-bar
9 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
9 Toes-to-bar
12 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
12 Toes-to-bar
15 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
15 Toes-to-bar
18 Clean and jerk (61 / 43 kg)
18 Toes-to-bar…
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (43 / 29 kg)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (43 / 29 kg)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (43 / 29 kg)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds
